Davidʼs passion is to see individuals and families get connected to the community here and mature in the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ. One of his greatest joys is to see people trust the process of discipleship and be transformed and released to be all that Christ envisioned them to be. David Anderson was installed as CODʼs tenth Lead Pastor on August 7, 2016. He has served in leadership roles at Church of the Open Door for almost 20 years, most recently as Associate Pastor. David graduated from BIOLA University and Dallas Theological Seminary.

David and his wife, Nancy, have five children: Jack, Rylie and triplets Matthew, Morgan and Cameron. They live in Azusa and enjoy sports, friends, eating and sometimes exercising.
