Annual Family Meeting

Join us on Sunday, January 31 at 1:00pm under the tent for this year’s Annual Family Meeting. (Please note the 1:00pm start time – a change from previous years.)
We’ll serve a light lunch (with COVID precautions in place) following the conclusion of the 11:00am service, and the meeting will follow. We’ll hear 2020 highlights from some of our ministry teams and will vote on the proposed 2021 budget.
All are welcome to this family business meeting and celebration of the Lord’s goodness to us. Members are especially encouraged to attend. A quorum of 130 members is needed to transact business.
If you’re not able to attend in person, we invite you to watch the meeting via livestream.
Childcare will be provided for kids kinder to grade 5. For younger children, the nursery area will be open for parents to use, and a TV will be airing a livestream of the meeting.
