Greetings from Tanzania!
Wow! What an incredible God we serve! His ways are far above ours. And that’s a good thing.
Here are a few highlights of how the Lord has allowed us to serve:
Charley Joseph taught 120 kids in a public school the story of Daniel in the lion’s den. You could hear a pin drop the entire time.
Tina taught 1 John to a group of women on Friday. She opened by bringing greetings from their sisters in Christ from America – in Swahili!Franklyn and I trained 30 pastors in how to employ sports for ministry. Franklyn coached them how to run a soccer clinic, teach a life lesson connected to the soccer skill 
and then shared a Biblical truth related to what they just did. It was very powerful. The kids pictured just showed up. God is so good.
Pray for lasting impact from that day and for the pastors to continue to use sports to build relationships to share the Good News of Jesus.
Sunday
morning we visited a village church that is in a highly Nyamwezi area. God in his goodness gave me the strength to share about how He works out His good plans even through difficulties.
Please also pray for our trip home starting Tuesday morning. Pray especially for the Joseph family as they have the added challenge of traveling with young children.
